PeopleSoft Consultant

Chantilly, VA

Canundra is seeking a PeopleSoft Consultant to join our team. This position can be based in either McLean, VA or Chantilly, VA.

We are looking for experienced PeopleSoft consultants and developers to assist in the initial installation, configuration, and deployment of a new PeopleSoft HCM installation.  Though only implementing the HCM suite, all PeopleSoft configuration and PeopleTools development experience is transferable and welcome.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Configure, develop, and update PeopleSoft HCM capabilities using Application Designer Configuration Manager, SQR, and SQL Developer.
  • Design, document, and implement system configurations.
  • Work collaboratively with cloud engineers, application developers, and security analysts in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Work directly with end users and customers to understand and meet business requirements.
  • Recommend best practices for configuring, development, and maintaining PeopleSoft HCM modules.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience (multiple experience levels available and we have flexibility in hiring at various levels.)
  • PeopleSoft implementation, upgrade, operations and maintenance experience.
  • Experience configuring PeopleSoft or comparable Oracle products.
